I am a licensed Acupuncturist and registered member of the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of British Columbia

I am also a Holistic Nutritionist, Master Herbalist, Birth & Postpartum Doula and a Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher (RYT-200)

I choose an acupuncture style that is calm, gentle and supportive. I care for my patients by focusing on the interconnectedness of their body, mind, and spirit. During our session my goal is to safely support you, optimize your body’s innate healing abilities, promote deep healing and prevent disease.

My clinical practice is focused on, but not limited to, fertility and women’s health, pain, mental health and anti-aging.

A treatment with may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, cupping, gua sha, lifestyle and dietary counselling or cosmetic acupuncture.

In my free time I enjoy long walks in the forest, slow days with loved ones, gardening, making herbal medicine and guiding foraging walks. I’m looking forward to sharing my love of health and healing with you.
